You have forgotten to mention the stream you want to take admission in. But as per your profile you are an engineering aspirants. Private colleges take more fees as compared to government ones. It is very difficult to find a college with overal fees upto 10 lakhs as most private ones have this much fees in one semester. Approximately 5% of Private Engineering colleges have a fee structure of less than Rs 1 lakh.

Hi,
With the marks of 209 in NEET UG 2021 and also belonging to the obc category, the possibility of getting a seat in government medical college for BAMS is not at all possible. Rather you may try for private medical colleges for BAMS in Chattisgarh which might be quite possible enough. The private colleges of chattisgarh may include-
Chhattisgarh Ayurved Medical College, Rajnandgaon Total Fees 5.77 Lakhs
Rajiv Lochan Ayurved Medical College and Hospital, Durg Fees 509,580
Mahaveer College of Ayurvedic Science, Rajnandgaon.

In medical field, college doesn't matter that much at UG leval. If you have done your MBBS from very prestigious institute, but you failed to gain knowledge and skills then it's over.
So, your main focus will be on clinical skills and knowledge. And if your aim is to gain knowledge and skills, not any college is going to stop you. Choose any according to your convenience and budget.
It will not be suggested to spend a huge amount on MBBS. Because you will need money in future for your PG preparation and many other things. Choose wisely!
Keep location of college, distance from your home, FEEs & cost of living in mind while taking decision.
Thanks!!

Firstly, let me tell you that each and every year the cut - off get changes depending upon many factors. This year lots of candidate had appeared for the NEET examination making the competition a bit more harder. Secondly for getting seat in any of the Govt. Medical College for pursuing BSc nursing or MBBS or B. A. M. S you must score at least 50 percentile (720 -136) for open category and 40 percentile ( 137 - 108 ) for OBC/SC/ST category.
Seems, you will definitely get chance.
