With the marks scored you won't be able to get seat into topmost colleges but as asked you would be able to get a seat for private universities but the major concern is that there is no low budget private universities available in West Bengal as private universities

If you want to take admission under management quota with limited budget, try in states like karnataka, Madhya pradesh, west Bengal , Kerala and Chhattisgarh. These states provide medical seat under management quota with low budget and they also welcome non domicile students.
