Also maharashtra and karnataka have maximum no. Of private colleges in the country so you have more and better options to chose from.

Also kerala medical colleges you need to know Malayalam to interact with patients during your clinical postings so if you plan to go to kerala you have to know proper Malayalam.

So on such marks and category she has very low chances of getting any of the private medical college under state quota in Maharashtra according to previous year's cut-off.
