Business management course consists of knowledge and training applicable  to planning, execution, supervision and analysis of any of the business which runs in industry or startup or mid level organization. however course syllabus for mba course in abroad or India has not very much difference. but the main things which lack in indian colleges is industry collaboration, hands on training, practical exposure etc. only few top tier 1 institute like iim, fms delhi, indian institute of foreign trade etc like organization have excellent infrastructure, industry collaboration and placement opportunity. however if you want to do MBA in india try to get admission in tier 1 Institute. other wise you would face issues with employment.

Yes You can do business management after studying PCM. There is no eligibility bar for PCM students to take up a management course after 12th standard. Basically Mathematics is the key subject which is needed for this course. Mainly it will help you to solve the problems.

It is a good college.Actually the course curriculum offered by the college is very good which makes the student industry ready and also imparts them a quality education.The professors are much more dedicated and also responsible.They are professional and also very helpful.Placement is a average though around 56 percent around.You have to maintain a good academic performance to get placements here.
