In 2017 all the other exams were replaced my NEET hence if you want admission in colleges offering BVsc course you need to clear NEET with required cut off.
Therefore the admission will start after the NEET examination, whose admit card is released .

There is good chance to get a seat. it may not be possible for initial round of counselling process. so you have to wait and upgrade till 2nd or 3rd round.
