• Ask your relatives, if anyone has done aviation program before
• Find people who already joined any of the aviation program in your locality, they can help you greatly finding the best one.

Yes you become a cabin crew member at the age of 30 or after that. There is a myth that they hire only young girls but there are many of the companies that do hire old ladies as cabin crew members.

Yes you can there is no experience required but it would be more good if you have a 1 year degree course in hospitality and management as it a good source of information and experience

To qualify you should be

1- 12th pass

2-Fluent in English

3-Self Confidence

In order to be a Flight Steward & Cabin Crew, you may have to pursue the following mentioned course:

• Diploma in Cabin Crew Services & Hospitality Management
• Diploma in Airline and Travel Management
• Diploma in Tourism Management
• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Diploma In Aviation & Hospitality Management
• Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew
• Certificate Course in Air Hostess/Flight Purser

Procedure

• Aspirants have to apply in various airlines for different posts that are advertised in national newspapers & other mass media.
• Once the aspirants are shortlisted, they have to appear for the written test.
• Successful aspirants will be called for the group discussion & personal interviews.
• After GD/PI, if aspirants are selected, then the airline trained them for 2 to 3 months.
• After successful training, aspirants are put on trainee flights before assigning duties

If your visions are too bad you can't see without  glasses then unfortunately they won't accept your application.  If your vision are quite good you can see without glasses then you can go for it with contact lenses. To become a cabin crew you don't need to do any course , you can apply directly according to their criteria and prepare yourself for interviews.. but their are some institution they have  cabin crew course if you want to learn or polish yourself for cabin crew then go for it. Otherwise their is no need of courses . Their are some institute in Delhi for cabin crew ,but Delhi university not provides courses for cabin crew.

Since you have experience in call centre job experience then you must have good communication skills and speaking abilities to manage critical situation. When you apply for cabin crew jobs in Aviation they will look for your communication capabilities and the minimum eligibility criteria is you must be a graduate.
