First check the eligibility criteria.If you’re eligible then go for the Airline Interview. After clearing All rounds of Interview,Airline will provide you the Cabin crew course and train you for their Airline.

Eligibility criteria-

Candidate should have Minimum class 12th pass in any stream (Arts, commerce & Science).

Physical Requirements depends on Airlines. Every Airline has different physical requirements criteria.Check that. Candidate should not have a tattoo on his/her body. Candidate should not get pierced in his/her body. The English language is compulsory and your interview will be in English.

The duration of the Cabin crew course is 6 months to 1 Year. In this period, you will be trained for your duties. The training period will be 3 months to 4 months.

After clearing all the phases like interview, group discussion etc, the Airline will conduct an exam for all trainees. After clearing the exam, you will get your joining letter. Now you can join that particular Airline from a particular date which will be mentioned in your joining letter.

This is called Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) training and is specific to a particular type of aircraft (For example, Cabin Crew with SEP card from Go Air can join Indigo without a full training again because both the airlines operate the same type of aircraft-A320 but crew with a SEP card on ATR-72/Q-400 of Jet/Spice Jet cant have to get trained afresh on A320 if joining Indigo or Go Air by that airline), this training deals with crew understanding of aircraft, response in case of emergency etc. , which is the primary duty of the cabin crew. A SEP card is issued to the crew after they pass the exams after this training only after which they can fly. You can do courses from:

Start working on the skills and knowledge required to become a Cabin crew…if they are self achievable…go for it…a little effort will help you get your dream job….but, if you need help from someone to groom yourself, then take training for only those things on which you need to work!

For eg: any candidate who comes to take guidance in Special Persona(Learning gallery), I always advise them to prepare on their weak points…

Once you have the Required skills , knowledge and Right Attitude, you will be On board!
