It is good that you have decided to continue your education and 3 years of work experience will be an added advantage. During admission selection , colleges will give preference for candidates with minimum 2 years experience. You may try for premium institutions like IIMs ,XLRI, ISB,FMS(Delhi),NMIMS etc.
