The best option for you will be to complete your BTech as this will provide you broader scope in terms of work opportunities, you can consider appearing for various entrance tests such as WB JELET, Haryana LEET, AP ECET, TS ECET, DTU, LPU NEAT etc, you can also try for jobs in various government companies such as BSNL, SAIL, BHEL, NTPC etc, there is much scope in private companies as well such as Wipro, Intel, CISCO, TCS etc,

With these subjects as listed by you, doesn't seems to be of PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) background. It might be of commerce or related branch with biology as one of the elective subjects. If you want to become a doctor and your dream is MBBS, I strongly suggest you to checklist all the subjects of the course and whether it is having Physics and Chemistry as subjects.
