This is not possibly that you don't know anything about yourself. Now when it comes to choosing career after class 12th, you need to focus on your Interests. Whichever stream of subjects you are studying, you must be having a favourite subject and favourite topics in them. You must be interested towards a specific career that fascinates you. Go for it.
Hope this helps.

Hello Aspirant,
There are many options if you are PCM student. It depends on your interest & capability. Here are some of the options you can opt as per your interest.
B.E/ B.tech, B.Arch
If you are PCB student then you can go for MBBS, BDS & other paramedical courses like BAMS, BHMS etc.
The other options you can opt-
Bachelor of Science in specializations under the pure sciences domain such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology etc.
if you are interested for Management, Commerce or Law programme then you can go for BBA, B.com, B.A LLB etc.
If you specify your career of interest here then accordingly I can help you about the colleges.
Rahul, you haven't mentioned the subjects you studied in your 12th. CBSE has released a list of 113 courses that a student can opt for after various streams. This list also has the list of Colleges and Universities that offer these courses. Please check the list at: http://cbse.nic.in/newsite/attach/Compendium%20of%20Courses%20after%20+2.pdf
Dear aspirant,
This is a long process, especially when there are so many choices now. The first and the easiest and the most important step is to eliminate options. Eliminate the options you are sure you are not going to opt for like if you are not a maths person, eliminate engineering, if you are a math person, decide if you are a physics person or economics person and then again eliminate engineering if the answer is economics.
If you are more into creative field, choose whether design or architecture what you like the most. Search for the work profiles in these fields, see if you like them, and proceed only if you think you want to continue in that direction or not.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
