It usually takes any platform a week too refund your money. If your money is debited from your account  and CAT helpline are not  answering, I will suggest you to contact your bank or the platform from which you have done the payment. Your money is safe. Don't worry

Abha, usually it takes atleast 5-7 business days from the day the amount has been debited from your Account but hasn't been credited to the application. The amount will be refunded to the same account the payment was made from. Please keep the transactions for reference.
