Hello,

There is no possibility to get any free seat. Actually you may have some scholarship option in the basis of your marks. But the college like south indian college does not provide any scholarship with this kind of marks.

So it is not possible to get free seats.

i got 60% in cbse board exam in one subject physics compartment and 96 percentile in jee mains . when i clear the compartment exam of physics then i will receive nit collage for BTech admission. (me OBC)

Yes, when you clear 75% in PCM in 12th standard then you will get NIT college but if you have compartment in Physics after clear this you are eligible NIT college,96 percentile is better for NIT.

Yes ofcourse you can. There are many universities and many courses in which the admission is given on entrance basis. The basic eligibility for those entrance exams is passing 10+2 from a recognised board with minimum 50-55% marks.

You are from cbse board and for CBSE board top 20 percentile is

75 % for general and obc category
65 % for SC /ST category

You mentioned your Marks in 6 subject but 6 subject marks are not taken into account for top 20 percentile criteria , only
