I am currently in class 12 ( pcm) from cbse board . I want to take admission in class 11 from state board in pcb . am I eligible for neet ? one more question if I will get gov. medical college can I face any problem in document verification in future

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 12th Dec, 2020

Hi

You don't need to worry at all the dear even if you are doing your class 12th with PCM from CBSE board and now you want to do your 10+2 again from state board with PCB.

Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st

So, if you do again your 11th and 12th with PCB from state board and fulfill the above mentioned percentage criteria in PCB then you will be definitely eligible for Neet examination with your qualification and don't worry you won't face any problem during admission regarding document verification or anything else due to this, if you managed to qualify Neet examination

Also,
Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so  to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by  31st  December 2021

For detailed information about neet examination go through our page for which link is provided below; -

chinchujoseph1993 2nd Nov, 2020

hello,

You have not mentioned whether you are asking for any entrance exam or such.

But I have shared the eligibility conditions for a A student seeking admission to any class in a 'School' . A student will be eligible for admission to that Class only if he :
(i) has been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India;
(ii) has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that Class;
(iii) satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the State/U. T. Government and applicable to the place where the School is located;

Hope thi shelps.

Thankyou

Yash Dev Student Expert 29th Oct, 2020

Hello student as per the eligibility criteria only female candidates who've passed class 12 examination with physics, Chemistry and biology are eligible to appear in AFMC. Class 12 appearing students are not eligible so you can't fill applications Form this year.

I study in Gujarat Cbse board. I have completed my 12th from there. My 10th was completed in cbse board in UAE. My parents were born in Gujarat and I was born here too. I have the birth certificate and Aadhar card. Will I be able to apply for Gujarat state quota Neet 2020 ? I do not have a domicile

mjaisinghani62 19th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant

You will be able to get domicile of Gujarat only if one of parents have domicile of Gujarat . Your parents must be born in Rajasthan but they were not resident of Rajasthan hence they are not eligible for domicile of Rajasthan

A person gets domicile of a state when his/ her parents have been living in that state for more than 10 years.  Without domicile you can not participate in Gujarat counselling but you can try for NRI quota

Sir I have cleared all my subjects in 12th science with physics chemistry mathematics computer science and English as main subjects. But this year I also want to give exam for biology subject which I have not taken in my 2020 CBSE board, so can I appear for only biology sub as private candidate.

Vishnu deo jha 18th Oct, 2020

Hello dear

Ya sure you can appear for your biology test papers in this year .don't be panic.you will be allowed to give exams while permission being given to some students to improve their marks their you can apply form for writing biology exams paper .most probably they will allow

The reason behind not allowing will definitely bcz of your 11 standard knowledge as it must be attended but nevertheless don't loose your hope.try for it ,luckily you can get the chance for biology exams

Till best of luck dear
