Hope you and your family are in best of their health, so the answer to your question is "NO" because according to CBSE norms, students must be 14 years old to sit for class x. There is no upper age limit for appearing on the CBSE board

I completed my 10th from Saudi Arabia from CBSE affiliated school. Then I continued my 11th in India. My father still working in Saudi. We have permanent address of UP. Will I be eligible le for UP state quota for admission in MBBS or I will be considered for NRI quota only. Thanks!

You will be only counted as a Uttar Pradesh if you have the address proof of that like Domicile certificate, Aadhar card, and some other.
