If I appear for improvement for 3 subjects in the CBSE board, and get 75℅ but do not fall under the top 20 percentile, will i be eligible to secure a seat in the NIT(assuming i clear the jee mains), this for the JEE mains 2020

You should have filled that you have passed 12th cbse board since you are appearing in compartmental examination or improvememt examination...And during admission you have to submit 12th improved marksheet in order to get admission through JEE SCORE CARD..

i am from assam , from assam higher secondary board one of my friend got 22 out of 70 in physics and 30 in practical and he has 62% agregate in PCB is he eligible for neet because it is little confusing because in ASHEC passing marks out of 70 is 21 but in cbse it is 23 out of 70 . is he eligible

Hello kashika.

What I am suggesting you is that it will really help you if you reappear in improvement exam.

You are surely not eligible for JEE advanced as you are well below 75% in pcm section. Yet hopes are there if you go for improvement.

Yes you have to give practical in your board exams of 2020 along with theory exam also.

If you are a regular scholar then no need to worry your college will arrange the things at your own college.
