Hello CommandX Gaming, it is slightly difficult to change your board from rbse to cbse in class 12th. As you have to change your Board in class 9th or class 11th. As to get admission in another board in 12th class is difficult as the forms are not easily available.
Hii can u inform me if you were able to change subject in 12th or not.
Yes it would only be considered as delhi since you pursued the study from the one you mentioned and now as you are willing to take career path towards different one in delhi so it would soon change to Delhi region only . Hope you understand and good luck!! All

As far as any CBSE school is concerned , every time after results are declared , CBSE timely sends the marklist and school leaving certificate of all the students at school.
So you need not to go to head office. You can find it in your school itself
