There is no issue regarding your schooling in JEE. Complete your class 12th from wherever you want and prepare for JEE as per its syllabus. If you scored bad this year in 12th class and want to repeat than you can and parallely you can also give JEE

                 There is a restriction on the number of times you can write JEE. You can write it only two times. They need to be consecutive also. You can not write it the third time, and moreover, you can not take a one time break in the middle
