The eligibility criteria for the CCMT is the candidate should have passed and have secured atleast 6.5 CGPA or 60% aggregate marks ( GEN/EWS/OBC), whereas for SC/ST/pwd candidates it's 6.0 CGPA and 55% aggregate marks.
Therefore you are definitely eligible for the CCMT.

I hope you are doing good . I would like to tell you that you dont have to apply all NITS indiviually. NIT entrance exam is conducted by only one NIts( mostly new nit or topmost conducts the exam). So after giving the entrance only ,
you did not mention after b.sc in biotechnology you want to go for m.sc in medical biotechnology or not. however as per careers growth it would be an excellent choice to do m.sc in medical biotechnology after completing b.sc in biotechnology.
