Yes, if your willingness is 'surrender and participate in next round' then the choices above the choice allotted in previous round will be considered. If no seat is allotted in above choices then the seat allotted in previous round cannot be claimed. So if you do not want the

Salim, it depends on when is the supplementary exam due to clear your Backlog. Technically, you should have passed in all subjects atleast at the time of admission or else your seat stands cancelled. But if you have already appeared for the backlog and then you are awaiting the results,
