Hello Aspirant,
Congratulations for your good rank.
Well, a rank of 70,000 is enough to get you in some good government colleges. It will also fetch you admission in NIT but u will not get into top nit's. U can get core branches in pec Chandigarh ,GNDU, LPU & many other good universities. Do remember that after getting admission in any prestigious institute with such a rank, u need to work hard to earn a good package.Because just getting into a good college is never enough. Hey,
Every seat in college is disturbed between All India Counseling as well as state counseling. Few seats falls under All India category and few seats are reserved for State Counseling. If the seat remains vacant under All India Counseling, it gets revert back to the state counseling.
Yes Maulana Azad Institute of Central University falls under both counseling.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.

Hello student yes you can take admission in Central University after clearing class 12 with supplement examination as admission is either through an entrance examination or marks obtained in previous qualifying examination so your admission is based on that class 12 is just a eligibility criteria which you need to clear.
I request you to please help me with your preferable course so that I can check and provide you the exact information.
Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
It really depends on the university and the course you're planning to opt. Most of the universities check for UG scores and then the management will call you for an interview. But because of the COVID 19 crisis that is going on right now, there might be a delay in the admission process. So make sure to check the websites regularly.
