Hello Aspirant,
That is usually not possible, you cannot leave after 2 year and do the 3rd year i another college unless it is through lateral entry , but its conditions are different and it is only for diploma holders. However , it may depend on the college in which you are currently studying and the on which you want to join in, hence it is a rare chance and if at all it is possible it is going to be a complicated process. If the your current college is willing to give you certificate allowing you to withdraw from the course acknowledging the 2 years course completion and if your other college is willing to accept you into their 3 year BBA program , then you are fine. So you need to check with the management of the other college and confirm your seat before leaving your current one. I suggest you not to do this as this can jeopardize the value of your degree in future like it may invite complications when your are applying for higher studies or job. So try to stick with the current college for one more year.
All the best
