While both the Institutes mentioned (MEC and CBIT) are good for CSE, considering several aspects like educational facilities, peer group, campus life and most importantly placements, I would suggest you join Mahindra Ecole Centrale.  MEC has an excellent tradition of producing highly employable students and also has good placement records with median package of approximately 5 LPA.

Last year EWS reservation was not considered for seat allotment through TS EAMCET. So the cut off data is not available. Considering the previous year cur off under general category you have chances of getting seat in Chemical Engineering in Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology, Hyderabad.
