can I get cse in cbit hyderabad or in osmania my rank in ts eamcet is 3512 and got 96.3 percentile in jee mains I have ews I got 963 marks in ipe if I cannot get 'suggest me best college for cse

So you can't get B.Tech Computer Science Engineering seat in Osmania University, Hyderabad or Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Gandipet for your TS EAMCET Rank based on previous years cutoffs. You can try for B Category B.Tech Computer Science Engineering seat in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Gandipet based on JEE Mains.

Also cutoffs depends on factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
