The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc.

On comparing your score and percentile in JEE mains exam you may get a set in sastra University in computer science and engineering branch as you have desired on regular basis.
But with the changing trends we cannot be sure about yourself because students who have scored more than you in a their IP on JEE mains will be applying for computer science and engineering in sastra University and in that case you may not get your desired seat.
You can be more sure about your seat comparing your IPEmarks and percentile by visiting the college and rank predictor from careers 360.
Greetings of the day dear Naveen
To get Admission at CBIT, you have three options
1.TS Eamcet
2.JEE Mains - B category
3.Management quota
If you have not appeared in TS Eamcet , go through B category, else management quota is the only option for you. Only with IPE Marks it is not possible to get Admission at CBIT. In order to get admission you need to write TS eamcet based on the rank you get you will be alloted with the college on what you give in web counselling. or else you can go through management quota .
Hope this helps!
Hello dear aspirant
Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology (CBIT) is an autonomous Engineering College affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad. The cutoff for BC-B category was 29,941 rank in the year 2019.
You can have a detailed look at the admission and cutoff trends of CBIT, Hyderbad from the above provided link.
Hope I've cleared your queries!!
Getting a seat in CBIT or any other college in Telangana especially in engineering category doesn't depend on the score you get in your intermediate public examinations but it depends on the rank which you secure in the EAMCET exam.
To get a seat in CBIT College for CSE IT and ece branches if you are from general category your rank must be below 3500.
You can also get seeds from b category which are allotted based on the score you get in JEE mains.
Or you can prefer payment seets which are allotted to you you when you pay an extra amount of fees as said by the college.
