As of now it is hard to answer your question as the cut offs change every year based on a number of factors like number of candidates that appear for the JEE exam, question paper difficult, preferences selected by the student. With TS ECET rank 120 and General Category, you have chances of getting Mechanical Engineering seat in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad.

I feel very sad to say this but your chances in CBIT with this percentile score is quite less . Since your estimated rank with this percentile will be somewhere around 1.5 lakh and with rank chances of your admission in CBIT is quite less . But you can make a try to boost up your percentile in the upcoming attempt .
