Not sure about concession in which field you are talking about since SC, ST students get concession in each and every aspect of their education. Right from counseling till final admission in college SC and ST students get concession in cutoff, percetile, fees, and many others. The cutoff for admission to any branch or discipline in your selected college varies largely from that of OPEN category which makes you more susceptible to acquire these seats even at low score.
