As I have searched everywhere there are no latest updates related to Chandigarh University reopening. However Chandigarh University has already taken decision to start colleges from August 11 2021. However the teaching for the first year students will start from September 1 and September 13 for UG and PG courses respectively.

For doing CSE , CU is always a better option in terms of placement, faculty and specialized systems offered. Both are in same league. Sharda University is located near Delhi and Chandigarh University is located in Chandigarh. So no doubt is there that you should go for CU .

During the final placement drive of 2021, a total of 7412 placement offers were made by participating 757 Multinational Companies.
