We have seen students placed during covid(2020) and in the current year from Chandigarh University. Around 4 students secured a salary package somewhere around 36 LPA from Arcesium company which is quite impressive in this pandemic time. In B.Tech, more than 85% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 36 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Microsoft was one of recruiting companies of our college in the previous year. The average package offered is 4-5 lpa. Recruiting companies that visit often are Amazon, Microsoft coding etc. 49 percent students get internship. Chandigarh university student get their internship offers from wipro, infoys, pratham, accenture etc.

In CUCET exam, if you can sure 90.01-100 marks then you can get 100 scholarship. If you will get 80-90 marks then you can avail 50% scholarship. If you will get 70-79.99 marks then you can get 40% scholarship. If you get 60-69.99 marks then you can secure 30% scholarship. If you can get 50-59.99 marks then you will get 20% scholarship. If you get 40-49.99 marks then you can get 15% scholarship.

However this scholarship is for first semester and if you you want to continue the scholarship for next semesters then you will have to maintain certain CGPA every semester in order to continue the scholarship. That CGPA requirement will be told later.

Infrastructure: In Chandigarh university hostels we have fully furnished rooms with Wi-Fi facility, a well designed computer labs, laundry services, room cleaners, with well air conditioner and also we have opportunity to take AC rooms. Sports ground is there, for health conscious student they have gym facilities, saloon and needful shops are also available in hostels. The quality of food available in mess and canteen is good we know that they can't get food like our home but in comparison of other our food quality is best. They have  great medical facilities .

Faculty: In Chandigarh university the professors are very helpful they give guidance time to time to students. Professors are studied from well reputed IITs and NITs they help us like a guardian. The semester exam are moderated not much easy and not much tough. Students have learnt so many things from the semester exams. The pass percentage is that we have gain minimum 20 marks in internal and 30 marks in external.

Cons:-

The main con  of Chandigarh University is 75% attendance which is mandatory Failing which is punishible in the campus.
