You can join articleship after your graduation which is necessary for 3 years to complete the course.
Otherwise you can pursue it as direct entry route to IPCC after your graduation. No need to give CPT exams.
Don't neglect graduation degree as CA is a tough and long course and having a graduation helps to have secondary options when things don't turn as desired.
Also, go through ICAI official website to gain extra knowledge and whole process for choosing wisely your route.

First of all, you should have patience. It is the key to success.
CA/CS/CWA or any other professional course requires a lot of patience. Even if you're not able to crack your exams in one shot. Be patient.
For becoming a CA you need not be an extraordinary person. Hard work, Consistency, Dedication and Will power are needed. And all the mentioned things are essential to do excel in any field whether CA or any-other Course.
The syllabus is very vast so sometimes it is a bit frustrating too.
Keep yourself updated with all the subjects and latest amendments.
Time-Management Skills are very important. Use your time efficiently without wasting a bit of it. To manage your daily target or Weekly timetable.
Try to develop good memorizing skills. Make short Notes of definitions and sections which could be easily be memorized near exam times.
