Hello Deepak
There is nothing like easy or hard, it all depends on your will to study. One can not just say that it is easy, there are people who fail in it too and it is absolutely doable too if you have the inclination to study. However being from a non-commerce background you might encounter difficulties initially but you will get comfortable with time if you remain consistent with your preparations. There are many students who shifts their carrier path and it is absolutely okay. work hard and do your best.
Thankyou
Best wishes for your future.
hello babu,
as per the question ,yes you can do CA after graduation you just have go the following steps,
1. The percentage required for CA after graduation is as follows:
A minimum of 55% for commerce graduates or postgraduates
A minimum of 60% for Arts/Humanities/Science graduates or postgraduates
The minimum duration to pursue CA after graduation is 3 years as you can directly take IPCC exams after 9 months from registering yourself after which you also need to complete 2.5-3 Years of Articleship to become a Chartered Accountant.
You can pursue CA after graduation by getting the CPT exemption if you have the specified percentage of marks required to get exempted from the CPT exam and then you can directly begin your articleship and further take the IPCC exams.

Hello Himanshu,
You will become a certified Chartered accountant only when you are a member of a body called ICAI or Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
ICAI is the regulatory body that regulates the auditing and the financial accounting profession in the country.
Eligibility:
You can join after 10th or after 12th or even after graduation.
If you have B.Com degree then you can join CA course. There is a direct entry for graduate students.
If you are a commerce graduate then you need 55% aggregate for direct entry to IPCC or Integrated Professional Competence Course, for other graduates it is 60%.
Admission Dates:
Foundation: Registration for CA Foundation should be done 4 months before the first day of the month in which the exam is held.
Inter: Registration for CA Inter should be done 9 months before the first day of the month in which the exam is held.
Final: Registration for CA Final should be done 9 months before the first day of the month in which the exam is held.
Qualifying Marks:
A candidate is declared to have passed the Foundation / Inter / Final examination if he/she secures at one sitting a minimum of 50% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
Steps to be followed:
You do not have to register for Foundation after completing college, you can register for intermediate directly. The following steps are required to be undertaken by the eligible Graduates and Post Graduates under this route:
1. Register with the BOS for the Intermediate course (provisional registration allowed to the students doing Final year of graduation).
2. Successfully complete the Four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS) before the commencement of the practical training.
3. Register for Three Years Practical Training.
4. Appear in Intermediate Examination after Nine months of Practical Training.
5. Qualify Intermediate Course.
6. Register for the Final Course after qualifying both Groups of Intermediate Course.
7. Successfully complete Four Weeks Advanced ICITSS during the last two years of Practical Training.
8. Complete Practical Training.
9. Appear in Final examination after completion of practical training and Advanced ICITSS.
10. Become Member.
The main difference between starting after passing intermediate route and after completing college route is that you will join articleship before passing Intermediate in Direct entry and you do not have to write Foundation exams as you are a graduate.
Salary of a CA:
It depends upon the kind of CA you want to become. In India it could start from Rs 600,000 per annum and it can go up to Rs 50,000,00 per annum.
Total time in becoming a CA after graduation would be approx 6 years (3 years of the degree of graduation + 3 years for articleship)
For any further information, you can refer to the following site:

Hope it helps!
Thank you and all the best.

Hello Satyajeet,Yes, you are eligible to do CA course though you have studied PCM in your 12th but you should gain a little knowledge about commerce which will help you. No doubt it is one of the most difficult course and teaches you a lot. Once you clear it you are treated as elite. And… If people know that you have been a science student, you still get that incredulous look and limelight doesn’t end.
To cut it short, PCM does matter. It gives you a better chance to be a CA. It gives you a better understanding to become a CA. It helps you with a wider perspective to not only be a CA, but be successful in whatever career path you choose.
GOOD LUCK.
