Have you completed your bcom or you are doing Bcom with CA? If you have completed your Bcom and you are interested to do CA then the criteria is:
'If you have completed Bcom with 55% by studying any three papers of 100 marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management), Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws, then you are eligible for direct entry without CPT exam.'
OR
'Graduates or Post Graduates other than those falling under Commerce stream mentioned above having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open University).'
Once you meet the above eligibility criteria, register for the Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course and submit the filled-in applications to Offices of the ICAI.
Then you have to go for articled training, details of which is mentioned here.

As per the eligibility criteria for CA CPT, you should have passed 12th and there is no specific percentage mentioned.
Also candidates who have completed graduation or post graduation in Commerce stream with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all subjects or its equivalent from a state or nationally recognised university are exempted from CA CPT.
So incase you have done bcom and have percentage above 55% you do not need to give the exam.
Rest criteria you can check here for CA CPT entrance. There is no mention for reserved categories.
After your 12th, you are interested in Charterd Accountant, to be eligible for this you should be 12th pass. This year CPT application date is over. You can start prerparing for the exam meanwhile for next year attempt and for the exam make sure you know the whole syllabus before starting your preparation.
Can you specify what do you mean by MP or MH?
CA CPT is a National level exam conducted two times in a year June and December. The exam will be in four subjects Fundamentals of Accounting, Mercantile laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude. You can check the detailed syllabus of the exam with given below link.
