It actually depends on you. What you want is what matters in the end. BITS Pilani is a reputed college in the country. So it's no harm purusing a Bachelor's degree from there.

Bannari Amman college is a very good college in erode. It does not have chemical engineering course in it . But it has wide variety od courses like biotechnology, automobile, food technology etc.. you can try these courses or you can try other good colleges
