You can do M.Tech from NIT's and then do your PHD and look for career options within India and abroad particularly USA.

 Alternatively, you can prefer a job with IICT or industries within the country, work for some time and then think of studying further.

But out of 16 IIT's only 10 IIT,s and ISM Dhanbad offer   Chemical Engineering in India
I.e only 800 seats are available for aspirants wanting to pursue Chemical Engineering as you have scored 2008

JEE Mains cutoff varies a lot every year.

But it is relatively easy to get in ICT Mumbai through JEE Mains.

In the year 2017, the cut off for JEE went like -

Chemical engineering - 160+

B. Tech courses - 110+ ( some also got at 105,

Hello Aspirant,
Last year it was around a composite percentile of around 98.5 for chemical engineering. For other branches it goes down well till 92-93. It would mean a JEE score of atleast 150 and 85-90% in the Maharashtra state board.
