I completed b.tech with chemical engineering, my percentage 59.52 with FIRST divison, and my gate score 393 and rank 2008&I with GL cateogor

Congratulations for completing your B.tech and doing well in Getting a respectable Gate Rank
But out of 16 IIT's only 10 IIT,s and ISM Dhanbad offer Chemical Engineering in India
I.e only 800 seats are available for aspirants wanting to pursue Chemical Engineering as you have scored 2008 rank now see where you stand
Moreover ranks below 1500 may sneak a place for you but i am afraid that pursuing it from IIT will be tough
So dont loose hope as NITs also offer CE and they are also very good and esteemed institutions
and probability of getting admissions in NIT is very high for you as almost 5000 ranks can also sneak into a NIT So Below i will be mentioning some of NIT's from where you can pursue your M.tech

NIT Raipur
NIT Jalandhar
NIT Rourkela

But in nit minimum percentage eligibility criteria 60. And my b.tech percentage 59.52 with FIRST division

Yes you are absolutely right the minimum eligibility for NIT is 60%So you can apply in any deemed university or private institution or prepare again so you getva better score and target the above mentioned nit and iits for next time
