These are top colleges but the cut off of these colleges is very high. So all the best.

In 2017 cutoff marks for Petroleum Science and technology(chemical engineering) in IIT Guwahati was 234.

So if your marks are anything above 250+ may get you admission. As you marks are 339 you have maximum chances of getting admission.
