It is hard to say that you can get an IIT or not, as it depends on your AIR. If you have an AIR less than 600, then there is a chance you might get into IIT. 

The GATE marks that you score in that three hour exam.

Government insttitute of chemical engineering provides 4 three year full time diploma courses.

Eligibility criteria being the candidate must have passed a secondary examination from recognized board.

You should choose BTech only because it is recognised more compared to dual degree courses there for you will be given more opportunities and treated different from the dual degree course therefore go for BTech only because you will miss some opportunities that on the BTech students that also in
