Chemical Engineering
Hello,
If you are a Maharashtra state candidate then you need to give MHTCET for sure and you will be admitted on the basis of rank obtained in the examination and also if you clear the cut off for ICT Mumbai.
But if you are from other state you can give jee mains/MHTCET but jee mains will be preferred rather than MHTCET.
So, it is very important to score high in any of the two examination because the ICT Mumbai is one of the topmost college through MHTCET. You need to keep atleast 99 percentile in MHTCET and in jee mains 97-98 atleast .
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you're doing well.
Firstly, congratulations for your achievement. Great Job !
Now listen, you can opt the branch which is good in your interest as well as the demand of the engineering industry.
Drop after this level of achievement would not be a better option.
Rest is your decision.
All the best for your future.
Thank You
Hey, hope you are doing well.
As your percentile is 82.67 , under open category you cannot get into any Nit, gfti and iiit .
It is little but difficult to get into any govt. College with chemical engineering. You can go for other private universities and govt. Deemed university around the nation.

I would like to request you to kindly mention the general rank in the comment box because on the basis of that i would be able to predict accurately .
As far as your obc rank is concerned you would easily get chemical engineering at SVNIT Surat as the cut off for obc is around 26k.
However there are certain factors that govern the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
If you want to check about the colleges you want to get , you can check out the link given below -
See it is quite difficult to predict your exact figure of rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your SC rank is expected to be in the range of 20000-25000 .
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that you have NO chances to get NIT Nagpur with any of the branches even under SC quota because last year closing SC rank was around 7400 for Mining branch.
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://josaa.admissions.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Good Luck!!
Dear Aspirant,
Yes, you can get good colleges in the second round as rank also matters for different domiciles and caste also prefers a good college as the cutoff varies category-wise.
Hope you are looking for a good future.
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your CRL rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of Percentile Vs CRL rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 30690 - 34500 .
Note that the ranks which are predicted are only the expected ranks on the basis of previous year's data so your actual ranks might vary depending upon current factors.
Based on such rank you have GOOD chances for Chemical Engineering (CHE) in DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY because the closing CRL rank in 2021 was around 42k in Round 4 of JAC counselling for General category.
