Last year a candidate with CRL 184832 belonging to SC category secured admission in Chemical Engineering in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli  under home state quota in round 1 of CSAB counselling. Considering the previous year cut off you have good chances to get seat in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in Chemical Engineering. Unfortunately there is no chance of you getting any branch in National Institute of Technology Trichy as this is one of the most competitive colleges out there. If we consider the opening and closing of the Chemical Branch in 2021, then the cut-offs are:

Part time chemical engineering diploma program is available in different colleges/University. In both India and abroad for regular and distance learning.

But the degree will be known as "Bachelors of Engineering" not "Bachelors of Technology"  Here are few colleges-:
