To give NEET 2019, You must be passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually in your Class 12 or HSC examination.

So, I would suggest you to give improvement exam in 2019 & pass it to qualify for NEET 2019.

As per the NEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria, following Candidates are eligibile for NEET 2019-

Any candidate having Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered.

NIOS students are eligible to take NEET 2019.

Any candidate having gap between 11th & 12 Class is also eligibile.

You can't able to clear the basis of the inorganic chemistry until and upless you try to solve more no of problem's. Because in inorganic 50% is conceptuall and rest other you have to buy heart that one and this one can be done only through a practice.

The set parameters for Lecturer :-
You should be master in degree.
B.ED or M.ED you should pass.
PHD in your main subjects.
English communication will be strong
good in personality.
Cleared the NET exam and GRF if possible
leadership quality and having the good presentation skills.
