Specialisation matters.
In chemistry they teach you the whole part (organic, inorganic and physical)
But in physical chemistry they will teach you specifically.

Yes you can prepare for neet, the overall aggregate of pcb should be 50%.in your case you have 65% so you are eligible for giving neet.

The current eligibility criteria of CBSE NEET requires candidates belonging to General/Unreserved category to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Since your aggregate marks in these subjects is 44% which is less than the minimum requirement, so are eligible
