The fee structure of different government colleges are different . However I can't specify the exact fees and can only tell you that the fees for BSC chemistry in government colleges are quite low .

Its bit difficult to get with out Maths. Once contact to some college's which they allow without Maths in Chemistry honour. if in some colleges are allowing the please go head and take a admission.
