You must specify which course you want to undertake.
Different colleges have different selection procedure few conduct there own exams whereas few take you on merit basis .
No dear if you are reading for NEET, you have to do class 11th also. There's nothing as only class 12th syllabus.
You should HC verma for physics, pradeep for biology and for chemistry NCERT is more than enough
