No u can't write before writing only u must keep u r brain and read no now after coming exam we should not ask we have Or not. Hence there is no betterment or improvement exam for inter 2nd year students

All IISER written and viva test conducted by very rare and its for Chemistry. And its mostly it depend upon the number that how many student are applying for that and there is no predicted of colleges and number of application that institue recive and based on the position.

You can opt for Engineering Physics, Chemical, Civil and Electrical engineering at IIT like Ropar, Jammu, Tirupati, Palakkad, dharwad, Hyderabad.

For IIT BOmbay Bsc Chemistry, closing rank is 4880 and hence you have decent chances of conversion.
