The eligibility criteria of CLAT clearly mentions that an applicant must have law degree in undergraduate for pursuing post graduation in law. So if you are thinking to apply on basis of your undergraduate, you are not eligible .

First you need to be graduated in computer science then do masters over that course .Then after you have to pursue for PhD in that specific courde. This step leads to you being a professor.

According the guidelines given by cbse, A Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
So in your case it is 40% aggregate in PCB subjects.
