If you have studied chemistry in 11th and 12th, both regular then you can apply for NEET application as forms are being accepted in this case and so you should apply. But if you have not studied chemistry in 11th and in 12th you have it as an optional subject

As per the eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2018 you are eligible to appear for it as you have aggregate marks in class 12th board exams in pcm greater than 60%.Aggregate percentage is taken into account and not the subject wise percentage.So don't worry about it and prepare hard for
