Focus on NCERT.
Go step by step in small chuncks. Focus on forming concepts and undrestanding is very important because organic is lot of concept based.

I would suggest having a quick look through the paper for some 30seconds and then decide to depend on which one looks easier and which one you are enough confident in.Have a balance between them and start over.
