Hello,
Yes, you can get admission in Pharmaceutical Chemistry for the current academic year, but it will depend on a few key factors like the eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and institution-specific deadlines. Most colleges and universities offering a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry accept students based on merit 12th board marks or through entrance exams like NEET, CUET, or state-level tests. If you have a background in science subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics in your 12th standard and you meet the minimum percentage required and you are eligible to apply. Since this is July and many institutes are still open for applications or conducting counselling rounds, you still have a good chance.

The Class 11th 1st Term Chemistry Exam for the academic year 2025–26 generally adheres to the syllabus specified by the relevant education board, like CBSE, State Boards, or ICSE. The document primarily discusses topics examined in the initial half of the academic term, focusing on key subjects such as Fundamental Concepts of Chemistry, Atomic Structure, Element Classification and Periodic Trends, and Chemical Bonding along with Molecular Structure.
The question paper typically comprises sections featuring a combination of objective-type questions (such as MCQs or assertion-reason formats), short-answer questions, and long-answer questions to assess conceptual comprehension, application, and numerical problem-solving abilities.
Students should review their NCERT textbook comprehensively, consistently work on numerical problems, and complete sample or past term papers to enhance their preparation. Schools might publish their own internal term papers, but examples based on official frameworks are frequently found online or in educational guides.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Dear aspirant,
You are well positioned for a B.Tech in Computer Science at several Central Universities. But you have to remember that each college have different cut offs and seat availabilities . Also it depends on your category. And the most important thing is which state entrance examination score is this as you have not mentioned the exam name. However you may have a better chance in later rounds of counselling or in less competitive cities. So please mention those details to get a better answer
Thank you.

To apply for Chemistry Honours through CUET, you need to fill the CUET UG form and select Chemistry as the main subject.
For Chemistry Honours , usually you need to choose the following subjects in CUET:
Chemistry (compulsory)
English or any language
One or two other subjects like Physics, Maths or Biology (as per university requirements).
Every university has its own subject combination rules. So, check the university website or information bulletin while applying.
With 135 marks, it may be hard to get top central universities, but you can still get colleges in other universities or state-level ones.
Try applying in multiple universities to increase your chances.
Hope it helps !
You scored 104 in Maths, 138 in English, 81 in GAT, 57 in Chemistry, and 59 in Physics in CUET 2025. Your total is around 439 out of 750. This is an average score.
With this score, it will be difficult to get admission in top central universities like Delhi University, BHU, or JNU. These universities usually need 700 or more marks.
But you still have chances in some central universities that accept lower scores. You can try for general B.Sc or BA courses in universities like Central University of Karnataka, Central University of South Bihar, and others.
You need to confirm with NEET authorities. If Assam government has such rules, you may not be eligible. You can focus on improving your marks through re-exam or explore alternate courses.
Given your CUET score of 470/1000 and your OBC (non-creamy layer) Uttarakhand resident status, admission to HNBGU is potentially possible, particularly for B.Sc. programs like Horticulture Science or Forestry, as their past cutoffs fall within your range, especially considering the relaxation for your category.
Your subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Physical Education, and English aligns with some of the courses offered at HNBGU. For example, some Science and Humanities courses accept this combination.
You should review HNBGU's specific course subject requirements and cutoff lists for 2025 as they may vary slightly from year to year.
