In JEE MAINS 2021 July session... in an integer answer type question of chemistry they asked to write the answer by rounding of to nearest integer.. as if 20.7 is the answer in the answer key the answer given is 21(rounded-off) but i have written 20.7 in the input box... Will I be granted its marks?

As they had asked you to answer the question by rounding it off to nearest integer, that means you have to answer the question with a whole number.
As 20.7 is not an integer, you should have rounded it off to 21 and not 20.7 or 20

see since you have already completed your m.sc you are eligible to appear in gate exam. gate score is considered for admission to masters, phd course in India or abroad. iits offers phd admission based on gate score.

An MSc (Hons) is an undergraduate Masters degree with honours


An MSc is a postgraduate Masters degree


If you have an undergraduate degree, you should apply for the postgraduate Masters degree. If you don't have a degree, you should apply for either of the undergraduate degrees.
