Sorry to say, but it means that your scores are not enough for the course you chose thus you are not selected for B.Sc Bio Technology and B.Sc Chemistry.You may still try for other courses of the similar field like Biochemistry,Microbiology.

Hello. As you are opting BA in hindi branch, so you are allowed not allowed to add English in best of four combinations.
You can add hindi,physics, chemistry and some other subject. You must have only one core language I.e., hindi or English. You cannot take both.
