You are trying to compare two absolutely different fields. BTech in IT may offer you a job after your graduation where as getting a job after BSc Chemistry is very low & if you do MSc then you will have a ample opportunity of jobs.

Now you will have to decide which is the right think for you. Chemistry or IT. This field can only be differentiated by your scenario only.
